Milan (2024–2026)

For WAU — a project led by Malaysian investors aiming to create in Milan a true showcase for Malaysian gastronomy (restaurant, retail and cooking classes) — FLOW is steering development from A to Z. The team designs the concept, conducts feasibility studies, defines the identity, builds the team and frames the entire operational strategy and launch. This end-to-end support avoids costly mistakes and ensures a coherent, authentic adaptation to the Milanese market. The result: a solid, distinctive project on its way to becoming a benchmark for Malaysian cuisine in Europe.​
