I am a stubborn food entrepreneur, an effective business coach, a creative project developer, and a networking beast.

Before creating FLOW, I spent five years building and running my own restaurant — L’Alfieri, in Piemonte, Italy — a place that became a local reference point and ended with a successful exit. It was both my training ground and my reality check: a hands-on experience that taught me, sometimes the hard way, what it really takes to make a hospitality business work.

I blend that entrepreneurial experience with my earlier years in international communication and the tech world — a mix that gives me the energy to approach every collaboration with both confidence and humility.

As an entrepreneur myself, I understand what it means to build something from scratch — the excitement, the doubts, the sleepless nights, and the constant search for balance between vision and execution. That empathy shapes how I work with every client.

Over the past two decades, I’ve launched, advised, and invested in projects across Europe and Asia — from restaurants and brands to e-commerce platforms and strategic partnerships. Each one has taught me that the success of a project lies in its rhythm: when structure, creativity, and people move together with harmony.
