For UNISG in Pollenzo — founded by Slow Food and a benchmark institution for sustainable gastronomy — FLOW has acted as a true ambassador. The team has developed partnerships with companies, foundations and sponsors, while helping the university identify new clients for its consulting and training activities. The result: an expanded network and more structuring collaborations for the academic ecosystem.​
